Tony was a high school junior at Boulder High School and had a job at a grocery store after school.  One of his duties at the grocery store was opening boxes in which he used the razor on a box cutter to open the boxes with and put groceries on the shelf.  Tony when to a high school football hat at Boulder High School one evening and forgot he was carrying the box cutter in his pocket.  Outside the stadium, Tony and his friends decided to drink beer and a police officer spotted them and issued them tickets for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.  The officer saw the outline of the box cutter in Tony’s pocket and asked him to remove the object and hand it to him.  Tony complied and was charged with Possession of a Deadly Weapon on School grounds which is a felony.
