“If you’re being investigated by a grand jury, it’s possible that you wouldn’t even know. Typically, people get tipped off that a grand jury is conducting an investigation because maybe their friends, neighbors, or co-workers have been subpoenaed to testify before the grand jury, or they themselves have received a subpoena to come in and testify, or a subpoena for certain documents. If you have received a subpoena to testify or present information in front of a grand jury, or you know someone that is going to testify against you, you need to talk to an attorney asap.”
