A California pilot, who was arrested in Boulder when his plane was searched and found to have marijuana on board late last month is out of jail and scheduled in April for his arraignment. The pilot, Carl Steven Gruber, faces charges of possession between five and 100 pounds of marijuana with intent to distribute.
