Doug Richards was one of only eleven attorneys to be chosen in Colorado’s Criminal Defense category. No more than 2.5% of lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Star List. In order to be eligible, you have to be peer nominated, under 40 years of age and have 10 or less years of law practice.
